Are you a skilled window tinter with an eye for detail and a passion for high-quality installs? Tinting K.C. is growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced professional to our team! We’re proud to be one of the top-rated tint shops in Kansas City, offering premium services for automotive, residential, and commercial window film—and we want you on board.

Responsibilities:

• Install window tint on vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs
• Apply flat glass film for residential and commercial clients
• Work with a variety of window films, including XPEL products
• Ensure clean, precise installs without defects
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
• Collaborate effectively with other team members
• Must be comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding for high or hard-to-reach windows

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in automotive window tinting
• Experience in residential and commercial (flat glass) tinting is a plus
• Comfortable and confident working at heights on ladders and scaffolding
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
